About WRG
Waste Recycling Group (WRG) is one of the leading waste management services companies in the UK. Each year we receive, recycle and dispose of millions of tonnes of household, commercial and industrial waste. We also generate energy from waste, thereby contributing significantly to the government's efforts to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
WRG is owned by FCC, the international infrastructure, environmental services and energy group. FCC has operations in Europe, South America and the United States. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, WRG and Focsa Services (UK) Ltd, FCC offers longstanding technical and management expertise, a strong operational infrastructure and an innovative and service oriented culture to help customers develop sustainable approaches to resource management.

Compost
We operate compost plants throughout the UK, and compost over 100,000
tonnes every year.
The compost produced finds a variety of end users; restoration of our own landfill sites, some is returned to our local authority partners, and, increasingly it is used for the manufacture of top quality soils and bagged compost for the retail sector.
