21/11/2007 Vandalism at Moore
* The reserve was the target of two acts of vandalism on the weekend of 17 / 18 November. A large holly tree near the path to the feeding station was cut down using a chainsaw, and a section of fencing on Lapwing Lane was removed.  more...

* For the seventh consecutive year a pair of bitterns has arrived at the Eastern Reedbed. This season's first sighting was made on Thursday 25th October by Vernon Lundy. The presence of a second bittern was confirmed the following weekend.  more...
